Town staff is working with the contractor and engineer to close out the project.
Reminder Olde Waterford Way Extension from the roundabout at Olde Regent Way to Palm Ridge Drive in the Waterford Residential subdivision is open to all traffic. The Town has put up a message board to warn vehicles to Yield when making a left turn. Residents are reminded to continue to use caution as there is a new traffic pattern and vehicles coming from the extension have the right of way.

Town Staff will be installing water filled barricades this afternoon at the entrances to the newly constructed Olde Waterford Way Extension. Residents are reminded to not move the barricades as the site is still under active construction. Thank you for your patience as we work to complete the project.
Striping is complete on Olde Waterford Way Extension and the roundabout at Olde Regent Way. Streetlights are currently being installed along the new roadway. The contractor is working to fix a ponding concern and complete final punch list items before the road can be open to the public. Please continue to use caution when driving in the area.
The contractor installed the majority of striping along the roadway extension. The contractor is waiting for material to arrive to install the fish-hooks within the Olde Regent Way roundabout.
The contractor has begun paving the roadway. Paving is anticipated to be completed within a week.
The contractor has compacted and fine graded the roadway to prepare for installation of pavement.
The contractor has completed installing sidewalk. The contractor plans to start paving and installing pavement markings the first week of December.
The contractor is continuing to install curb and gutter and has begun pouring sidewalk.
