A project to extend Olde Waterford Way from Palm Ridge Drive to Olde Regent Way. This road extension will alleviate traffic congestion along existing Olde Waterford Way and better serve the developing areas within Waterford.

Project Updates
The contractor is working on the connection to Olde Regent Way at the traffic circle. They have removed the existing curb and gutter and have put cones out on the circle as they are excavating the area to prepare for laying stone. The lane is not blocked but there is a slight drop off. The contractor will be keeping the cones out until Monday or Tuesday next week. Residents should use caution when driving in the area.
The contractor has completed installing all storm drain infrastructure and is preparing to pour the curb and gutter.
The contractor has completed backfilling the pond and is installing storm drain infrastructure. The storm drain infrastructure installation is projected to be finished early next week.

Constructed has begun. The contractor is installing erosion control measures and installing the stormwater by-pass system to start backfilling the pond.
Town issued the Notice to Proceed.
A preconstruction meeting was held on Thursday July 21. Construction is anticipated to start in August.
Town Council approved the bid and selection of MSB Development, Inc. as the construction contractor on the project.
Bids have been received and will be presented to Town Council for award in May.
