- 10:45 a.m.
- 11:30 a.m.
- 12:15 p.m.
Egg Hunt eggs include candy but do not include prizes.
In order to allow as many families to participate as possible, we ask that each child only participate in one Egg Hunt throughout the day.
To create more opportunities for engagement, eggsploration, and play at this event, we are introducing the Leland Community Bunny Trail!
The Bunny Trail will be comprised of "Campsites" hosted by community businesses and organizations offering event-goers games, activities, and opportunities to gather eggs, candy, and/or prizes in their baskets!
We hope that the Bunny Trail Campsites will offer families and our community groups an opportunity to play together while encouraging children of all skills levels and emotional and physical abilities to eggsplore and engage in this festive event.
Campsite spaces will be approximately 12x12 with enough space to accommodate a 10x10 canopy tent and/or tables. (Please see below regarding tent guidelines).
Campsites can be decorated in a theme (approved by Town staff) to celebrate eggsploration and make this Eggspedition an eggciting adventure! Campsite hosts can dress as their favorite eggsplorer, adventurer, or traveler. We encourage creativity and fun!
Campsites should include a game, activity, or other interactive way for families to engage with businesses and organizations and help them learn, grow, play, and have fun!
Campsites will be arranged in rows to allow participants to browse through without needing to stand in line or browse in any particular order.
Businesses and organizations interested in hosting a Bunny Trail Campsite can complete the interest form online.
