NOTICE: PERMITTING & INSPECTIONS CLOSED DEC. 24–26 FOR CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY AND JAN. 1, 2026 FOR NEW YEAR'S DAY
Permitting & Inspections will be closed Wednesday through Friday, December 24–26, in observance of the Christmas holiday. Normal operations will resume on Monday, December 29. The office will also be closed on Thursday, January 1, 2026, in observance of New Year’s Day. Normal operations will resume on Friday, January 2, 2026.
In accordance with NC Senate Bill 372, no later than October 1 of 2023, 2024, and 2025, every local government shall publish an annual financial report on how it used fees from the prior fiscal year for the support, administration, and implementation of its building code enforcement program as required by G.S. 160D-402(d).
