A project to repair the street in 12 locations along Mallory Creek Drive. Work shall consist of full depth asphalt replacement of all failed locations along the approximate first mile of Mallory Creek Drive from River Road SE (Highway 133), stormwater system modifications, asphalt removal, subbase removal, testing, compaction, base replacement, asphalt replacement, striping, curb and gutter replacement, adjusting water and sewer utility appurtenances to match final grade, erosion control measures and stabilization of all denuded areas, and a submitted and approved traffic control plan including installation.

Contractor completed final repairs. Town is working with engineering firm and contractor on warranty items to close out the project.

A meeting is scheduled this week to finalize the contractor's repair plans and the material testing error issues. The remaining repair work is planned to be completed by mid-March 2020.
Staff met with the contractor and HOA representatives on Feb. 3 to review irrigation and electrical items that were damaged during the project. The HOA landscape vendor has provided a repair proposal to the contractor for the assessment of these items, and staff will continue to monitor the progress for satisfactory resolution.
All construction work was substantially completed on Dec. 18. The contractor is working to repair damaged irrigation and electrical items. A field review was held on Jan. 27. The construction contract will be closed out by Jan. 31.
Pavement marking began on Dec. 16 with substantial completion of the project to occur by Dec. 20.

Repairs between Tylers Cove Way and North Palm Drive is ongoing. Paving for this section is planned for mid-week. The remainder of the road patching from North Palm Drive to Pine Cone Drive will begin late this week. Overall project completion is expected this month.
