Town of Leland Disc Golf Course

Park Sign

The Town has completed installation of a 12-hole Disc Golf Course, located at 893 Village Road.

The 12-hole course is a combination of open land and wooded area that’s adjacent to Sturgeon Creek. It totals more than 2,900 feet in distance and features 11 par-3 holes and one par-4 hole.

The former 9-hole disc golf course at Founders Park closed last fall to prepare for upcoming park renovations.  Following that closure and an outpouring of public support, Town-owned property on Village Road was identified as a suitable location for a new course. Design and construction started in the fall and wrapped up in March.  It is anticipated that this will be a temporary course, while the Town identifies a suitable site to install a permanent, 18-hole, course in the coming years.
