A project to extend the dirt road of Hill Lane from Old Fayetteville Road to Village Road. The scope of the project includes constructing on-street parking along one-side of the roadway, stormwater improvements, five-foot sidewalks on both sides of the roadway, two culverts with concrete headwalls to extend Hill Lane over the wetlands, new streetlights, signs, and extension of utilities.
