The Town of Leland invites property owners within Town limits who experienced flood damage to structures as a result of Potential Tropical Cyclone #8 to attend a Recovery Information Meeting on Sept. 25 at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Town Hall, located at 102 Town Hall Drive.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with staff from the Planning & Inspections and Emergency Management departments to learn about available recovery options and processes. During a brief presentation, Town staff will provide information on potential financial assistance, flood damage prevention ordinances, emergency permits and inspections, and building safety protocols. A question and answer session will follow the presentation.
