The Town of Leland Planning Staff invites members of the public to view the draft of the Town’s Age-Friendly Strategic Plan. This will be an opportunity for the public to be introduced to the Plan and provide commentary on its contents. The Age-Friendly Strategic Plan is a plan in collaboration with AARP, that provides insight on the Town’s profile and shares the goals, opportunities, and objectives of the Town to improve its livability. The ultimate goal of the plan is to make a community that is friendly for all ages, residents and visitors alike.
Two open houses will occur:
Town Hall on Thursday, April 25th from 5:00PM to 7:00PM and at the
Leland Cultural and Arts Center (LCAC) on Monday, April 29th from 1:00PM to 3:00PM.
